Even though my hair is now dyed Brown! Anyway, I figured out today as I was rooting through all my paperwork that I have TOTALLY been skipping the step that goes AFTER you get everything authenticated by the State of Ohio but BEFORE you send you Dossier to your agency to prepare for China.
You have to send all of your authenticated paperwork to the Chinese Consulate in New York to be authenticated before it can go to your agency. Gee, most important.
Anywho, glad I finally remembered that. It doesn't really change our game plan or time frame I don't think.
